Programme Details

The job of investigating accidents is to establish the underlying causes of accidents and thus preventing future tragedies from taking place. The best way to give meanings and make something positive from the tragedy is to investigate all incidents and accidents so that the causes can be identified and recommendations are made to prevent future occurrences.
