Programme Details
Document management is the process used to store, organize and access all documents that are important to a MSME project. Each project has a variety of documents including approvals, contracts, subcontractors, supplier budgets, customer specifications, plans, action plans, data and information on payroll and human resources. All those concerned access the information and documentation of the project, when necessary and from their respective places whether in the office or on site at critical times. If litigation arises, you have evidence and protection with the presence of these documents and reports. Therefore, you will get a good impression, and you
will save time and money by working (and communicating) more efficiently. Perfect document management practices reduce risk and improve efficiency. A smoothly running MSME project is one where information is found quickly, neatly, and shared with the right people. Until now, the system involved filing paperwork into a file cabinet, but now there is a complete software with document control
features that are easy to upload digitally and share with stakeholders.
