Incentives Training Program under PENJANAKERJAYA &

Employment Insurance System (EIS) Program

         FMM Institute is Appointed as Training Provider by PERKESO (Approval No: PERKESO.600-7/12/1/FMMInstitute(95).)

What is PENJANAKERJAYA?

PenjanaKerjaya initiative was designed under Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA) implemented by Social Security Organisation (PERKESO). PenjanaKerjaya aims at promoting job creation and increasing employment prospects.

Under this program, eligible organizations are entitled to send your new hired employees for courses with PERKESO authorized training provider at no cost. Employers can choose from the list of approved courses at  https://penjanakerjaya.perkeso.gov.my/ for reskilling and upskilling training for your employees taken through this program.

Who are eligible to apply?

• The employer has registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or other authorities and PERKESO before 1 June 2020;
• Employers who have been approved under the Hiring Incentive Programme.
• Newly-hired employees under MyFutureJobs. (If yet to register your newly-hired employees under MyFutureJobs, you can register them now).
• New employees hired on or after 15th June 2020.

Registration steps for employers:

1. Employer and newly hired must registered with ASSIST Portal at https://assist.perkeso.gov.my
2. Employer has registered and posted your vacancy on MYFutureJobs through www.myfuturejobs.gov.my
3. Registered employer will apply the training through https://penjanakerjaya.perkeso.gov.my/ for your newly hired worker.
4. Once approved, PERKESO will notify and issue the Guarantee Letter to FMM Institute to schedule the program accordingly.

What is Employment Insurance System (EIS)?

EIS is an incentive by SOCSO provides reskilling and upskilling training for eligible individuals who have lost their jobs and are seeking to rejoin the workforce.

Who are eligible to apply?

1. Malaysian 18 – 50 years old.
2. Employees who lost job/retrenched in past 3 – 6 months.
3. VSS or MSS Employees

Registration steps for unemployed:

1. Individual must register through EIS Portal at https://eis.perkeso.gov.my/eisportal/insured/appl/instruction.
2. You may refer to https://eiscentre.perkeso.gov.my/apply-for-benefits/ for details.
3. Then, apply the training through EIS Portal at https://eiscentre.perkeso.gov.my/apply-for-training/
4. FMM Institute approved programmes are listed in the portal at https://eiscentre.perkeso.gov.my/apply-for-training/ for reference.
5. To apply, please select STATE: Selangor and TRAINING PROVIDER: FMM Institute.
6. Once approved, PERKESO will notify and issue the Guarantee Letter to FMM Institute to schedule the program accordingly.
